- 4 tsp rice vinegar
- 2 tsp dark sesame oil
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 2 cups thinly sliced cucumber
- 1/2 c thinly sliced radishes
- 3 Tbsp thinly sliced green onions
Combine the first 4 ingredients in a medium bowl. Add veggies, tossing well to combine.
