2 Tbsp rice vinegar
2 Tbsp soy sauce
2 tsp light brown sugar
1 tsp sesame oil
1 16 oz. pkg cabbage and cole slaw
¼ c minced fresh cilantro
¼ c chopped green onions
2 Tbsp chopped dry-roasted peanuts
Combine first 4 ingredients in a large bowl; stir with a whisk. Add remaining ingredients and toss to coat.
